The County Durham Partnership is made up of key public, private and voluntary sector organisations, that work together to improve the quality of life for the people within County Durham.
Partners have developed the Sustainable Community Strategy (SCS) to identify the changes that we think should be made to improve the economic, social and environmental well-being of the area and make it an ‘Altogether Better Durham’.
'The County Durham Partnership continues to move forward with real focus and intent to plot a strong and successful future in the face of real economic and social challenges. The voluntary and community sector feels able to play a full and equal part in this process and is encouraged by the willingness of all partners to work towards a better County Durham for all its residents' (One Voice Network).
