The Safe Durham Partnership is the local Community Safety Partnership (CSP) for County Durham. We oversee the strategic delivery of the 'Altogether Safe' theme as part of the County Durham Partnership.
The Crime and Disorder Act 1998 placed a statutory duty on local authorities to create Partnerships to tackle crime, disorder, anti-social behaviour, substance misuse, other behaviour adversely affecting the local environment and to reduce re-offending.

PREVENT e-learning course
The Safe Durham Partnership has developed a 30 minute e-learning course which provides information about the process of radicalisation, how someone might be vulnerable to radicalisation. You can find out more on our Counter Terrorism page.

Domestic Homicide Reviews
The Safe Durham Partnership has responsiblity for Domestic Homicide Review within County Durham. Once a review is complete and approved by the Home Office we will publish the anonymised executive summary and overview report on this website.
