The
County Durham Enterprise Strategy was launched in July 2006 and it calls for collective leadership to ensure that by 2023 County Durham is an economic hotspot and that we as stakeholders “start and grow our business like never before”.
The County Durham Economic Partnership is now actively promoting the strategy through a
business and enterprise working group that meets monthly and two full time Enterprise Advocates, focusing on enterprise growth.
The two Advocates were each asked to produce work reports about what they have achieved from October 2006 - March 2007.
